Torsplan första Breeam Excellent för handelsfastighet i Norden Energi/miljö NCC:s första etapp av Torsplan är den första handelsfastigheten i Norden som uppnår Breeam Excellent. Kontors- och handelshuset Torsplan har nu fått miljöcertifikat på nivån Excellent för både kontors- och butiksfastigheten. BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) är ett frivilligt miljöcertifieringssystem som utvecklades i Storbritannien i början av 1990-talet av BRE. BRE var från början ett statligt institut men har privatiserats och ägs idag via en stiftelse bestående av aktörer i branschen.
